Jaganmatha Hospital traces its roots to Krishna Clinic, established in 1955 by the late Dr. V. Keshava Bhat to provide healthcare services to people in Mulleria and surrounding areas.
The clinic was later developed into a maternity nursing home under Dr. V. V. Ramana and Dr. Kala Ramana. In 2025, the institution entered a new phase as Jaganmatha Hospital, a 50-bed multispeciality hospital under YUJ Healthcare LLP.
